The DC Metro Fitness program, created by a US Army veteran and Insanity certified instructor, Valentine, is a full body workout with emphasis on strength, cardiovascular, and core training. The goal of this program is to promote group fitness for a community of people who wants to have fun.

We will meet at both indoor and outdoor facilities across the DC metro area. Our approach will accommodate people with varying degree of fitness levels from beginners to athletes. Everyone is welcome!

If you?re tired of:

    buying fitness gizmos

need fitness as part of your life

hate working-out alone, and need a spice to your routine

paying for gym classes, memberships, and personal trainers who can?t deliver

being mesmerized by infomercials and the proverbial 15-minutes a day, three days a week slogan

Then, this fitness program is for you.

Primarily, we will do a lot of Insanity, military drills, and Valentine?s own ?The Drill?.
