What we're about

This is a group for people who want to experience yoga. Yoga is all about energy and creating an energetic, balanced, and healthy life. We practice Dahn Yoga, a type of yoga based in Korea. The work Dahn means life-force.

We are confident that you will enjoy a deep experience of energy, power, serenity, and vitality in meetings and youth workshops. With your sense of energy enhanced, you will be able to feel abundant energy, physical well being, and emotional stability.

We host an energy meditation circle along with other diverse yoga practices. What's important about meditation is the act of choosing to take time to focus with intention. Meditation is simply about being present in the current moment with our full awareness. Our group will use energy principles to practice meditation for relieving stress in your mind, connecting deeper with yourself or for any other purpose you may choose.

Sometimes, on a Saturday we will have a two-hour intensive yoga workshop called Heroes Connect. The mission of Heroes Connect is to catalyze a shift in early adulthood culture by inspiring people in their 20’s and 30’s to rise and seize the opportunity to create a life of greatness that satisfies not only the soul but also the great need of our world. For this purpose, we offer trainings in mindfulness, movement, and leadership. Moreover, we support a growing community of committed individuals who seek to provide “the Hero’s hope”–the most essential element in the effort to make our world a better place.

Starting in January 2016, the first meetup class will be by donation any amount. Thereafter, there will be a per class fee of $10 per person. To support the group going in this location.
