DFW Scrum April: A Night with the Pragmatic Programmer: Dave Thomas

Details
Just a little over ten years ago, Andy Hunt and Dave Thomas wrote a book called The Pragmatic Programmer (https://assets0.pragprog.com/titles/tpp/the-pragmatic-programmer). A few years after that, they helped write The Agile Manifesto (https://agilemanifesto.org/). But ten years is a long time in the software industry—fads come and fads go, technology changes, and the problems just seem to keep getting bigger. So let's look back and see if the advice in The Pragmatic Programmer still stands up. What would we keep, and what would we change?
And, as a bonus, he'll tell you why no one in the world is doing agile.
Please make sure that you take your RSVP seriously. We put a lot of time and effort to ensure we have enough food on hand to feed everyone (at no cost to you). If you register, but then can't come, please be diligent about changing your RSVP to No so we can update the food order. If you register Maybe, please change it to Yes or No before the event. Thanks so much for your help with this, we simply don't want to waste food or not have enough due to people not RSVP'ing.
