Hello Everyone:

My name is Joe Arlt and I am President of the DC Wealth Network. We are local investors, serving and promoting the DMV real estate investing community.

I run the Northern Virginia Real Estate Networking Club. I'd like to invite you to one of our meetings! We meet in the Tysons Corner area. Don't worry about the "NOVA" in the name - we cover and have members from the whole DMV!

This club generally meets every first Thursday of the month. Occasionally a holiday will cause us to meet the second Thursday (we'll let you know when that happens).

After some initial networking, our meetings begin at 7 pm and run until about 9 pm. There is plenty of opportunity to network and learn, and we feature an "Open Mic" section where you can pitch your deals and "haves and wants" to the group. We also feature a market update and a Keynote presentation that changes each month.

Together my business partner, Jamie Cook, and I have owned over 1500 properties, so you'll want to hear all of our insights.
