We are incredibly excited to have you join the community in Washington DC Metro Area. We hope to serve as a connecting point in your journey to wealth and health.

The mission of this group is to provide a space for people who are interested in learning and also understand the connection between both health and wealth habits, and their impact on one’s long-term well-being. This is a place for conversation, education and experience sharing in a way that we all can help each other gather information on how health and wealth impact our life.

We will host different events range from outdoor activities, mediation, self-improvement, finance workshops, volunteer opportunities, food & wine, book discussions, mixers and networking opportunities that promote our commitment to boost our well-being in spirit, emotion and physical.

We can share our exciting news about our neighborhoods and learn some wellness tips to live a healthier and a more balanced life. You may bring your breakfast (or just come for a walk and socialize with others) and you’re welcome to walk as long as you like, some take 45-75 minutes to walk around the entire lake. Please park at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavillion open parking spots, then walk towards the gazebo by the lake. 8:00AM - 8:30AM: Meditate (Optional: 5 minutes), eat breakfast and socialize at the Ashburn Pavillion Gazebo 8:30AM - 9:30AM: Walk along the lake
