For many of us, working with clients is fundamental to running a project. Clients can be the cause of easy and smooth days or hours of unrelenting stress. Of course, it's a two-way street and we can't ignore that we also impact our clients in the same way!

In this meetup, we'll talk about what contributes to and what detracts from really solid client relationships. Open and honest communication; celebrating, sharing knowledge, meeting the promises that are made... yeah, we're talking #relationshipgoals.

Join us for to hear from not one, not two, but three client relationship experts in our client relationship panel!

Panelists:

Dana Di Tomaso, President & Partner at Kick Point
Dana is President & Partner at Kick Point, where she helps people and teams do better marketing. Alongside the team at Kick Point, Dana pushes people and teams to set goals and track data so that they understand what strategies and tactics bring value and what is just a waste of money. Dana speaks at conferences around the world about reporting and analytics, SEO, and brand building. In her spare time, Dana is the weekly technology columnist on CBC Edmonton AM. She also enjoys drinking fancy beer and yelling at football players.

Chantelle Campbell, Account Executive at FKA
With a background in not-for-profit marketing, Chantelle has experience getting big results from small budgets. In her three years at FKA, she has developed client relationships with All Weather Windows Renovations, the City of Edmonton and the Christmas Bureau, winning awards from ACE, IABC and Digital Alberta.

Justine Burns, Director of Customer Success
Justine Burns is Director of Customer Success at Jobber, where she spends her days managing a team of over 25 success reps and counting across Edmonton and Toronto. Justine’s superpower is the amount of supercharging she gets from being around people - friends, family, strangers you name it - for Justine, the energy from human connections is like gallons of blue Shushee (without the sugar crash).

Our panel will be hosted by the one and only Shahina Patel, Product Manager at Jobber and DPM Co-organizer.

As usual we're hosted by Work Nicer, with food & drinks provided by Yellow Pencil, the ever-popular(ish) quiz, and lots of time to hang out and get to know your fellow meetup attendees. See you soon!
