AGENDA 6-6:45 - Networking 6:45-8p - Topic: Creating and Keeping an Agile Culture 8-8:30p - Networking TOPIC DETAILS Every organization has a culture, but very few deliberately craft that culture. Of those who craft their culture, most default to a top-down command and control model for culture. But that is not the only path, it is possible to create an agile environment where your team members are empowered to expand and grow the culture of the organization. This session will share lessons learned from various organizations, providing leadership both as a consultant, an employee, and an executive. SPEAKER BIO Tim Rayburn is a Vice President of Consulting with Improving, a international provider of IT professional services, and popular conference and user group speaker. His over 25 years of experience, ranging from help desk to software developer to executive has taught him very clearly the value of iteration, starting small, and trusting your team. For over 10 years he has been an integral part of Improving, watching the company grow to over 500 employees, and helping clients achieve success, while fulfilling the mission of changing the perception of the IT professional.
