Details

2-3 laps around White Rock Lake for exercise. We will divide into 2 groups: 15-18 MPH and 12-15 MPH. This is a DROP RIDE, meaning those not able to keep up with the groups will be left behind. Beginners or slower riders may want to attend the monthly "Get to Know You" ride, which is a NO-DROP ride.
Please bring water and wear a helmet.
If the weather doesn't cooperate, the ride will be cancelled.
