Dallas Meditates provides information to the community about the many meditation events available in the Dallas Area. If you know of a meditation group that is not appearing on this meetup, please let me know so we can get it added.

Meditation Monday

Unity of Dallas

Every Monday, we meet to meditate. After a settling-in period, we do a guided meditation followed by a period of silence. The group loves beginners and makes sure they aren't sitting and wondering if they are doing it "right." (You are!) In September, the guided meditation theme is "The 8 Aspects of God" Light, Sound, Peace, Calmness, Infinite Love, Joy, Wisdom, and Power These are the Eight Aspects of God as defined in the book, “The Essence of Self-Realization” by Swami Kriyananda. Each week will cover one or more of these aspects. September has 5 Mondays, and on the last Monday of the month, we will meditate on Light and Sound. Joins us each week in September for a powerful meditation experience. Love Offering for the church requested.
