Dallas Meditates provides online meditation events using Zoom. Classes are offered throughout the week. Guided meditations always provide time for silent contemplation and reflection. Meditations are designed to go deep and consider many topics of interest to those on a spiritual path. While the meditations are free-standing, topics are offered in series.
Meditations run from 35 - 45 minutes and are divided into three segments: Settling In, Meditation, and Re-entry.
Beginners are provided with material that supports their practice and beginner meditations run from 3 - 10 minutes.
Private classes are available for one-on-one attention and fine-tuning of any challenges encountered.

All private sessions are $20 per hour in 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and 2 hour increments.
