Dallas Spiritual Growth and Meditation for Stress Relief

Gather for quiet group meditation and deep conversation led by Rev Marquita and others.

Take a break in the middle of the week to soothe your soul while stimulating your spiritual awakening. Dive deep into topics as practical as relationships and inner work to as esoteric as consciousness and ancient wisdom.
Week to week we have food, music, and the creative arts, as well as opportunities for intimate conversation, creativity, deepening, and authentic connections.

We also have a space for kids and teens to get their spirituality fed, individuality nurtured, and creative juices flowing.
CSLDallas is the best place to hang out on a Wednesday evening. Come early to chat and sip tea or coffee, or just be in the peace of our meditation hall.

Childcare is provided at no cost for participants

Join us for a special Wednesday evening of deep relaxation, meditation, and sound as Timothy Szal guides us through an immersive Crystal Sound Bowl experience.
With decades of experience in meditation and working with crystal sound bowls, Timothy creates an environment where the sounds and vibrations of the bowls can support a deeper sense of stillness, relaxation, and inner connection.
For this special evening, Timothy’s Sound Bowl Immersive Meditation will take the place of our usual Wednesday Night Meditation. Come as you are, find a comfortable place to settle in, and give yourself permission to slow down and experience the power of sound.
Whether you are experienced with meditation or simply curious about trying something new, everyone is welcome.

This is a FREE offering and open to all.

Free Childcare

As always, free childcare will be available, making this a wonderful opportunity for the whole family to enjoy a midweek evening at CSLDallas while giving yourself some much-needed time to pause and recharge.
Come experience the healing power of sound, stillness, and vibration with us.
