Dragon boating is an ancient form of canoeing that started in China approximately 2,000 years ago. It is one of the fastest growing competitive sports in the world.
Dallas United Crew Delite is a volunteer based team, offering dragon boating practices and races through the paddling season. Being part of a 20-person man-powered boat is a fun way to meet other people and explore White Rock Lake.
**ATTENTION!**
Those who are new or are interested in trying the sport, please look for open sessions to RSVP.
We go out rain or shine, as long as there’s no thunder/lightning, or flooding :D

Destress with a great workout on White Rock Lake every Wednesday night. Please be there by 6:30 PM and we will push off the dock promptly; we generally finish practice in an hour and a half so the time posted is a rough estimate.
