Dragon boating is an ancient form of canoeing that started in China approximately 2,000 years ago. It is one of the fastest growing competitive sports in the world.
Dallas United Crew Delite is a volunteer based team, offering dragon boating practices and races through the paddling season. Being part of a 20-paddler, human-powered crew is a fun way to meet other people and explore White Rock Lake.

Race with the Motley Crew - No Experience Required!
Want to experience the thrill of dragon boat racing without the commitment of joining a team? Then join the Motley Crew and race at the Dallas AAPI Heritage and Dragon Boat Festival happening at White Rock Lake on Sunday, May 17th.
Individuals and small groups are welcome to register and will be placed on teams to compete. In between race heats, enjoy the festival activities including exhibitions, vendors, performances, and food trucks.

$75 registration fee includes:
:: Racing in a minimum of 3 heats with your new-found friends

Your seat in the crew is not confirmed until your payment is processed, and a captain successfully connected with you.

De-stress with a great workout on White Rock Lake every Wednesday night. Please be there early enough to warm-up, load the boat, and PUSH OFF PROMPTLY at 6:30 PM; we generally finish practice in an hour and a half so the time posted is a rough estimate.
