Lewis Borsellino has had multiple experiences with clients whom had no choice but to pay or lose irreplaceable data. Lewis will walk us through what it looks like to negotiate and pay a ransom in crypto-currency and what the results look like if-and-when you get a decryption key back from the attackers.
