Screenwriters, thank you for your support for the #filminDallas mission. Because of logistical changes, we will not be able to host screenwriting table reads for the foreseeable future. We hope that you stay in touch, and we will announce once we are able to resume the meetings. Thank you again for your support.

Flash Films are our way of getting filmmakers together and cutting to the chase, filming!
Filmmakers are put into teams, and have 8 weeks to complete their film.
Join us April 16th to read prewritten scripts of 3 pages, submitted by April 12th. The top seven scripts will be considered.
We believe the best way to learn is to do, and this is our way of pushing for that belief. We provide guidance and support to flash film teams, but ultimately let the filmmakers learn and grow through personal experiences.
We will then vote on which screenplay(s) we will make into a film!

Don't worry about being by yourself, we will help place you in a team. We make the teams at the actual kickoff event.
If you already have some friends, bring them along and perhaps recruit other team members.
No Experience? No Problem!
This is also a great opportunity for filmmakers who want to try out a new position or make their very first film. We will guide each team towards completion to insure you have a complete film ready to screen.

- Follow all safety guidelines provided on the kickoff.
- Films that are submitted by the deadline get to get screen at our Flash Film Screening.
