Dance Salsa Jax is a not-for-profit dance studio dedicated to spreading the joy of social Latin dancing throughout Jacksonville. We offer fun & friendly Latin dance lessons for all levels, parties, & performances! No contracts, no partners required, just smiles and good times :) Our dance community is an extended family. Time to reunite the dance family to do what we do best!!!
♬ Pet food drive for our furry friends in need! We're partnering with Friends of Jacksonville Animals to collect supplies for ACPS's no-kill shelter, which is currently over capacity with over 300 dogs in need. Please click here to see their wish list for what supplies you can bring. Participants will receive a small discount on tonight's cover, as well as a voucher for a free class! ♬ Additionally, I'm excited to announce that all proceeds from this month's party will go to the Ark Wildlife Rescue! Check them out at https://www.facebook.com/thearkwildliferescue. Anyone who knows me knows how much animals, especially birds, mean to me. Thanks to the Ark, I've recently had the honor of rescuing a precious little bird that had made a wrong turn into an ice-cream shop & was injured trying to escape. Since the pandemic, many avian rehab centers have shut down, & the Ark, partnered with St John's Veterinary, is currently the ONLY place within 16 counties equipped & willing to take in an injured bird in need. They have all sorts of animals under their care as well, not just birds. As a non-profit, they rely on donations to do what they do, & they desperately need help! We will have a donation jar at our event to help raise money, every little bit helps, & anyone who donates will also be receiving a voucher for a free class!

♬ DJ J-Sus will have you dancing all night long with the best Salsa, Bachata, & Cha Cha, with a dash of Kiz & Merengue!
♬ Enjoy a fun complementary Rueda class for ALL levels at 8:30pm to break the ice. Don't miss out!
♬ Free food & Open Bar! So go ahead, dance up a thirst!

Parking at the club is limited, but there's extra parking on both sides of Lakeside Park 1 (between Herschel Street & the club), with diagonal parking on Lakeside Drive & parallel parking on Palmer Avenue, as well as additional parking around Lakeside Park 2 (between the club & San Juan Avenue). Please do not park in any of the club's neighboring residential driveways or lawns.***
