What we're about

This is a group for Information technology professionals working with data architecture, data modelling and data governance in business and government / research. We believe in the importance of using models to enable focus on delivering value and address concerns. We aim for full scale data architectures covering all concerns; we do not limit ourselves, but take interest in most relevant technologies, development paradigms as well as information analysis and delivery patterns. We do not cover everything but we will attempt to understand what we are leaving outside of the groups scope of interest. We arrange meetups with both local and international experts. Our ambition is to bring new and changed opportunities and practices to Denmark as soon as possible and to enable fruitful collaboration between professionals. We hope to set the standards for good data architecture and modelling. Sign up if you want to contribute!

We are working with sponsors. Today we have VPT Denmark and SAS Institute Denmark, but more sponsors are welcome

Postponed: Knowledge Graph and ML at work during COVID-19 compensation policy

Updated[masked]: Due to the COVID-19 situation this event is again postponed. We will get back to it, once the situation opens up. The Danish Business Authority has established a Knowledge Graph containing 300M nodes and 700M relationships with the purpose of gaining insight into the life cycles of businesses as well as the actors who influence them. Graph played a central role, when the authority - in a very short period of time - implemented machine learning control procedures related to the compensation packages for COVID-19. Speaker: Marius Hartmann, Team leader, The ML Lab at The Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen).
