I’ll start by explaining the fundamental Data Modeling process and methods and then drill down and spotlight some important issues and considerations I usually take when creating advanced data models and structures.

Data modeling is a profession that was used way before Big Data and Cloud were even a thing. The tech changed, so did the market and its needs, and in order to still be relevant, the way you do things must change too.
I’ll share some of the main insights I’ve had after helping some of the greatest tech companies in Israel build their Data Warehouse models in the New Era.
