Sessions:
- Resource Governor – We’ve Got a New Sheriff in Town – Sagi Amichai (60 Minutes, Hebrew)
Sometimes an extra level of control is necessary for managing big environments’ resources. Resource Governor is here just for that, giving us interesting abilities to limit and manipulate our resources. Though there is another functionality that its name is not revealing.
In this session, we will talk about the conventional and the potential usage of Resource Governor, the risks coming with this tool, and a short demonstration of it.
- Database DevOps – Elie Muyal (30 Minutes, Hebrew)
DevOps on databases presents particular challenges due to the very nature of databases.
In this session, we will discuss how to overcome those challenges and to obtain the right balance between conflicting goals in a Database DevOps environment:
• Security versus Freedom
• Collaboration versus Personalization
