Finding freelance database and datamining help for project work?

I was going to ask the group how they go about finding developers/consultants for database side projects in the area?

I have some project work I am thinking of farming out, and I would like to start using some specific projects I have around matching people across multiple databases as a trial run. I am trying to diversify my developer pipeline.

I will also be looking to partner with folks on building new statistical models once I have my data in order.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Brian
