Sean Slotterback is the Founder and CEO of Decipher Finance. He began his career as a programmer during internet bubble 1.0 later joining the Mortgage Analytics team at Morgan Stanley where he worked on some of the most computationally demanding problems in the firm. Subsequently he worked as quantitative trader at large hedge fund eventually managing market neutral statistical arbitrage strategies both for institutions and in one of the first market neutral mutual funds. He founded Decipher as a way to orchestrate his personal investments across a variety of asset classes and accounts, optimizing post-tax returns.
