We've seen some pretty awesome advances in machine learning and AI in recent years. Still, building products based on those technologies pose new challenges. How can we scale up the technology? How to organize the teams and the projects?

Mikio will share some insights from managing teams, working on ML platforms, and consulting.

Mikio Braun has a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from TU Berlin and worked as a lead and principal data scientist at Zalando and GetYourGuide bringing ML powered products to production. He is especially interested in everything beyond machine learning that is necessary to be successful. Since the end of 2020 he is working as an independent consultant.
