• Making graph with the ggplot2 package

• Modifying plots (e.g. axis, colours, ...)

Format: After a presentation of motivation and concepts, the focus will be on participants to produce data visualisations using ggplot2. During the exercises (using R markdown) the participants will discuss and work together.

Prerequisites: Laptop with the latest version of R (https://cran.r-project.org), Rstudio (https://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/) and the ggplot2 package.

Target Audience: This is a beginner level course aimed at anyone who works with data and has at least some basic knowledge of R, e.g., see:
