Data Vis Talks – Data Art

Details
This February, let's look at representations of data that inspire us, that make us think, that make us smile. Let's look at art projects that are based on data.
Do you have a project you want to present? Let us know and email Lisa: lisacharlotterost@gmail.com We still have open speaker slots.
But of course, even if you won't speak: Show up, have drinks, meet data vis enthusiasts and look at some neat tools!

We're happy to finally have Hans Hack (@hnshck (https://twitter.com/hnshck)) at our meetup. He's a freelance data visualizer and artist based in Berlin, probably best known for hist "Sorted cities":

Aaand we're also very happy to have Quadrature (http://quadrature.co/) at the meetup. Quadrature is a collective for arts, light and robotics. The emphasis of their work is on the intersection of the physical and digital worlds and of art and science. The three members share a love of machines and outer space.
