#7 Dataviz – Data visualization in R – Everyone can do it!

We wanted to show you how to use R to produce engaging visualizations since we created this meetup and we just found the perfect person for that!

Beginners are welcome, but some basic knowledge of R is recommended!

***** About André Peralta Santos *****

André is an MD and a Public Health Specialist, with eight years of professional experience in the area of Public Health, Health Policy. He worked for international organizations such as the WHO and the European Commission, as well as national governments and local health organizations. During his public health training academically he received education from the Harvard Medical School in clinical research.
His career and interest have been moving towards a global health focus, primarily studying the impact of health policies, to advance that field he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to do a Ph.D. at the University of Washington.
