Data for Good Waterloo Region + THEMUSEUM Datathon

### HOW IT WORKS ###

We will form teams of 4-5 volunteers to work together to solve THEMUSEUM's challenge statements, which relate to helping THEMUSEUM better understand and grow its member & donor base as it embarks on a significant expansion.

Volunteers will perform data analytics, discover insights, and present their findings to THEMUSEUM by the end of the day. It's an excellent way to contribute your data science skills to help your community, and to learn from your fellow data science practitioners!

### SCHEDULE ###

Rough schedule for the day (all times EDT):

• 9:15 to 9:30: Arrival
• 9:30 to 10:45: THEMUSEUM + challenge statement overview
• 10:45 to 12:30: Data analysis!
• 12:00 to 12:30: Office Hours with THEMUSEUM to ask questions!
• 12:30 to 13:30: Lunch
• 13:30 to 15:30: Data analysis!
• 15:30 to 16:00: Guided stretch break :)
• 16:00 to 18:00: Complete data analysis + prepare presentation!
• 18:00 to 19:00: Dinner
• 19:00 to 20:30: Presentations of insights
