We'll be hearing from Haptik Inc (http://haptik.ai/), one of the leading players in AI and Chatbot. Haptik started its journey with building and customising different machine learning modules specifically focused on building Chatbots.

Building a bot which fixes real industry pain points is a combination of design, engineering and research problem. Soon they will be open sourcing one of these modules to make it easier for everyone to build Chatbots and to help grow the chatbot open source community.
