Strut Your Mutts Paws by the River Event

Hey everyone!

Marianne brought this event to my attention - It's down on the southern portion of Cincinnati and I wanted to see how many would be interested.

Tri-State CART, the disaster response team for all animals, is holding a Strut your Mutts Paws by the River Event. During this event the Front street by the River will be sectioned off and opened for vendors and the like. There will be activities including a pet parade of animals and a picnic with your dog. Vendors will be present and raffles and split-the-pot drawings will be held.

The schedule of events is as follows:

Noon - 5 pm: Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to the pavilion and join in the singing.
12 pm - 2 pm Music by Wendy Oakley and The Posse. Musical mix

2 pm - 3 pm: Pet Parade and Contests

3 pm - 4 pm: Music by Joby Wesolowskl. You will enjoy this solo guitarist/vocalist classical rock music.

4 pm - 5 pm: Tribute to Elvis. Jason Griffith impersonator at the pavilion

6 pm: Raffles and Split-the-Pot drawings

1:30 pm: K9 Police Dog Mox and Deputy Bailey
2 pm Pet Parade and Contests
3 pm: All Breeds All Stars Agility by Darlene Wood and Debbie Manning
3:30 pm: Sit Means Sit Training 101 by Rick McCray
4 pm: Arrowhead Reptiles by Damien Oxier
4:30 pm: Training Tips for Medical Special Needs Pets by Mike Dixon

This is an on-leash event (no retractable leashes please). The event will go from noon to 6pm. Arrive as late as you like and leave as early as you want :). I'll be coordinating meeting times as the time for the event comes closer.
