Why we can't LOL sincerely from our heart at anytime?

Stress is the most significant disturbing factor in our daily life. It has a big impact on our health. Interestingly, we do not care much about our own health in compare with our care for the health of our beloved/family members.

Our main focus is always on THREE main things: WORK, FAMILY LIFE, and SOCIAL LIFE. That is why if we tell to focus on health, it does not last longer. To have a healthy body, we need to have a healthy mind. And, our mind is controlled by those 3 things. So, to have a healthy life forever, we need to know how to change our mind-set to improve our performance of those 3 matters, then, health will follow automatically. Sounds interesting? Yes, it is, if you know how to change your thinking and your choice in decision making, you will be able to control your stress effectively. Power of Now: New Eccentric & Tabata Fitness Exercise

Happy New Year ! OR happy NOW year. Yes my friends, "Power of Now" holds the key to success. Today was "tomorrow" yesterday, and will become "yesterday" tomorrow. So, don't wait. Now, right now is the right time to start the change you want in your life. :-) To stay healthy, we need to eat healthy food, but being active in exercise is also important for an optimum healthy body shape and mind. This is a special exercise call "Eccentric Exercise with some Tabata" that has been introduce to the residents who lives in Bandar Utama and nearby since 2017. We started this exercise class with BU11 residents and their friends and families. We keep our class schedule with them in a whatsapp group. We received suggestion from them that should expand to more people. With that reason, we use the Meetup to open 10 spot for serious people to participant this exercise. Why We Need This Personalized Eccentric & Tabata Fitness Exercise? Because, most common injuries from workout or sports are strain and sprains. Injury is the most fear to anyone, that most of us would want to avoid it. Sometimes preventing common sports injuries is beyond our control, but many times sports injuries are preventable which you will learn from us. Do you often hear or experience some injuries from common daily activities? Incident like accidentally slip from the staircase or sprained while you are walking or driving. This form of exercise, is the prevent injuries such as back strain or pull, knee pain. Also, this form of exercise can help people with injuries before or current, to regain independence and mobility, to help you return to daily activities and enjoy a more active, healthy lifestyle. Here, we will PERSONALIZED the Eccentric & Tabata program for You based on your goals and fitness level.
