When a spouse dies, our whole world changes.

Our lives, memories, and future plans were tied together. We grieve their loss and so much more. Yet, so often, people just don't get it.

Here's what I'll share:

· How to remember with more love than pain

· Techniques and tips to navigate your changed life

· Ways to forgive, release the burden of guilt, and create a legacy of love

Grief must be witnessed, and it's important to give yourself the time and space to express your grief. This will be recorded, and we'll send a replay to those who have registered.
