Debate debunking business agility @Prato, Hasselt

Prato a scale-up company, and our meetup host, will share how they operate. During a guided tour Tim Pijpops, Technology Leader @ Prato, will share stories about the evolution of Prato. You will gain insight in 'how work works' at Prato and you'll learn how Prato is sustaining its business agility.

After this enlightening tour you will have the opportunity to engage in a explorative conversation about business agility. A panel of experienced practitioners and pioneers shall share their insights and interpret the evolution of Prato within the context of business agility.

Let’s assume it is fundamentally different.
From the top down, this requires new ways of teaching and coaching that instill new ways of thinking rather than just introducing practices and doing them.
From the bottom up, this new way of thinking must inspire to take (contagious) action not just talking.
