Hello Everyone, September’s meetup will have Brian Stinar presenting. Here is an introduction of what he will be presenting about.
Brian Stinar, owner of Noventum Custom Software, recently completed a data migration project for Annie's Woolens. Annie's Woolens makes hand knit Christmas stockings. For this project, Brian wrote extract, transform, load (ETL) code that took 25,000 users, and 40,000 orders from a custom, legacy, eCommerce system and imported them into WooCommerce using WooCommerce's PHP APIs. This presentation will cover the mechanics of how Brian built this loader, using object orientated PHP and WooCommerce APIs.
