Dear HELVETIC.AIns,
At HELVETIC.AI, our goal is to bring together curious minds from across Switzerland who are passionate about artificial intelligence (AI). We are a social and professional community, led by the Responsible AI Innovation Group (RAI) at ZHAW, that explores trustworthy and responsible AI and its applications.
We focus not only on cutting-edge developments in AI applications, but also on their impact on society. This is a a space where people from different backgrounds - researchers, developers, policymakers, artists, and enthusiasts - come together to exchange ideas and learn from each other.
Diversity drives responsible innovation, by creating a community that includes many voices and perspectives we can co-create a future where AI advances societal well-being.

About the Responsible AI Innovation Group (RAI) at the ZHAW Centre for Artificial Intelligence
We develop ethically aligned intelligent systems, explore governance of AI and neurotechnology, and engage with diverse stakeholders. Our mission is to translate AI research into real-world applications that create social and economic value, while addressing challenges such as governance, certification, regulatory frameworks, socio-technical standards, and human-centered design. By bringing this expertise into HELVETIC.AI, we aim to show how responsible AI can move beyond theory and become part of everyday practice.
