Practice Tai Chi
What I am planning to do for that day: 1) 5 to 10 minute stretching warm up session 2) 15 - 20 minutes of breathing exercises 3) The rest of the 1st hour would be spent on learning a Tai Chi form , either Yang, Chen or Master Wu's Tai Chi. What we're about

I started my Kung fu and tai chi training from grandmaster Ker-Jen Wu since 1989, after many years of dedicated traditional training I became one of his senior students who frequently helped him to lead the classes in Kung fu and Ta Chi. In addition, I am honored to have helped with some of the computer graphic design for his award winning "Master Wu's Kung Fu and Tai Chi video library collections"- landmark of martial arts history. If you are interested in having fun, good work out and " genuine good traditional Kung fu and Tai Chi training", you are welcome to join us regardless of your previous martial arts background. Come and check us out. You won't be disappointed.

At the moment, there is no cost associated with any of my meetup events though you can now chip in to help me offset the cost of maintaining this meetup. Please see calendar for details on location and times.

I also offer authentic Kungfu training at AmericanTKA http://www.americantka.com in Davie, FL. Classes are held three evenings a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7 to 8 PM. Please call (954) 472-2554 and ask about Kungfu classes for pricing and specials.
