3D Design and World Building for VR, AR, and Immersive Storyworlds - July 24th

Details
Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, 3D Printing, and other 3D Design related mediums are all exploding in terms of press and creative interest in 2015, and in 2016 VR headsets will be shipping to the public. New AR wearable headsets from Microsoft and Google are getting ready to follow. 3D Printing has already become a tool for designers, and mobile pads and phones have allowed Augmented Reality to be used in many projects for the last few years. As all these technologies/mediums come together, it will become important for designers, artists, filmmakers, and others to see how all 3D media interrelate and how they can design projects to cross over and be used in all of these mediums. The evening will include a presentation on many of the methods and tools that focus on 3D Design and World Building that Cube3 has been involved with over the years in areas like TV, Games, and Websites.
