Accountability and Masterminding - the art of observing our behaviors, and working together collaboratively to gather feedback and help resolve tough business issues that can plague or diminish our entrepreneurship potential. We strive for action items and follow through. One other area we focus on is follow up. We help each other learn the systems we have in place to build a manageable followup system.

We are a group of like minded individuals looking to build those know, like, and trust relationships to propel our individual businesses and build relationships. We divide our meetings into two parts. First, we each take a minute to introduce ourselves and explain our products and services, as well as describe who would be a good referral for us. Then we discuss a training tip for how to become more a productive and successful business person. On alternating weeks, we either get an in-depth, 10 minute presentation from one of our members, or we have a more substantial discussion about how to improve professionally. We are one of only a handful of referral groups that actively combines masterminding and accountability with relationship building. It is these relationships that produce powerful referral partners that can ignite your business and take it to new levels. We hope to see you soon!
