Field Trip: Burner Wallets and Brews w/ ETHDenver

Black Shirt Brewing Co

From our friends at https://www.meetup.com/Ethereum-Denver/ : " Join us this Wednesday to get beer and food with actual crypto down at Black Shrit Brewing in RiNo. It's been a while since we've had a meetup here, looking forward to it. No need to come prepared with the wallet and crypto, we'll have people on site to help folks get their burner wallets loaded up with some Dai. This is a continuation of the Speakeasy style meetups aimed at testing real world merchant applications of crypto. (https://medium.com/@austin_48503/cypherpunk-speakeasy-v0-0-1-6e6b6b9cc884) This is also a pre-cursor to the food truck experience happening at ETHDenver 2019. Much cred to Austin Griffith for all the hard work on the Burner Wallet!! Look forward to indulging in some fine brews and conversation with everyone. Cheers! - Coury New to Blockchain/Cryptocurrencies? Denver Blockchain + CryptoMondays Special Edition: Which Meetups are for me?

Same flow as usual, with extra friends joining us from CryptoMondays! https://www.meetup.com/meetup-group-REedNOLB/events/vbmdlqyzcbsb/ Throughout 2018 Shala from CryptoMondays received many questions revolving around which meetup group in Denver does what (pertaining to blockchain, crypto, and trading). Dan Shields will be on hand to give folks an overview so you can find which group(s) work for you. There will also be breakout groups devoted to coding & DLT tech, so there's a little something for everyone in this meetup. The usual: This weekly meetup is a peer-led set of interactive breakout sessions on all things Crypto, Blockchain, and Distributed Ledger Technologies. Collaboration with each other is encouraged and expected! Come prepared with any questions or topics you want to dive into. Better yet - come with something to speak about or teach everyone! There is no such thing as a stupid question or topic here. Everyone at any level of knowledge is welcome! Some running topics include: Discussion of news highlights from the week Understanding the fundamentals: how it all works and why Deep dives into software architecture and structure Demos of basic development of blockchains and Dapps Getting started with a crypto exchange Different wallet types and hands-on demos of use Security and privacy in crypto What to look for in evaluating ICOs and token investing Trading and Technical Analysis (TA) Regulatory, Tax, and Legal best-practices Legislative news and how to get involved As this event is graciously hosted at the Denver WWT office , everyone will need to sign in upon arrival for security purposes. There is some visitor parking in the lot on the north west side of the building. If no visitor spots are available, you must pay to park in another nearby lot, or on the street (metered). *** Soda, water, coffee, tea, and some light snacks available for free! ***
