Golden area weekly rides

Details
I thought some folk might be interested in a series of rides out of Golden. These rides will be Thursday evenings. My rides involve rehydration (AKA beer) at the end.
Week 1, April 9, South Table Mtn. - short 11 miler: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4503091
Sorry, April 16, I'll be in Tulsa (?)
Week 2, April 24, North Table Mtn.- 16 mile with more open road than last ride. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4501954
Week 3, May 1 Lookout Mtn. OK you bikers, its a front range classic! Check it out at: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4530082 and turn on the elevation profile.
May 8, Rooney, Dinosaur ridge, Morrison, Red Rocks and back to Golden. About 18 miles and 1200 ft of climbing. See map for details: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/47164888/ (http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/47164888/%A0) ; Bring tail-light just in case. Dark by 8:15. Beer at the end of this rainbow.
Week 5, May 15- Golden Gate Canyon, White Ranch Park. Ditch the traffic in Golden Gate Canyon after 5 miles, then head up to White Ranch Park. Much less traffic and very pretty this time of year. We ride until the road turns to "dirt", then turn around. About 2400 ft of climbing in 10 miles. Bring tail-light just in case. See details at:

Week 6, May 22, Lookout Mtn. Mt. Vernon CC, Genesee, Paradise Hill. Great Front Range classic: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4607220
Week 7, May 28, - someone else will have to pick and lead as I will be out of town.
Week 8, June 5, - opps out of town again. Someone take a lead.
Week 9, June 12 - Lookout Mtn, Grapevine, Bear Cr., Red Rocks, moving a bit south. This ride is ~27 miles, with 2500 ft of climbing. About 2 miles of well packed dirt from mile 13 to 15. Count on 2 hours of continuous riding, and bring a head and tail-light just in case. The short climb through red rocks is STEEP. If we have enough people, we may split into 2 groups, one that skips the south portion at mile 11.5 and just rides down US 40. Beer at the end! I won't cancel rides due to rain without first checking radar maps, etc. and will send out email to people signed up for ride ~ 1 hr before, if the weather looks dicey. Or you can call:
three o three - 4 two three - 2 five 7 four
