Traditional Christmas Duo: Cookies and Murder
The traditional Christmas characters get together for a party but not everyone will make it out alive and the murderer is still among us. Who has a motive to murder? The reindeer? The snowman? The elf? Or Santa himself?! And who will be their victim? Every guest will be assigned a character and given clues to determine who the murderer is. Afternoon snacks and drinks will be served. And just so it's not all doom and gloom, we'll also have a cookie swap. Each guest should bring enough cookies to send every other guest with at least one cookie (store-bought is fine, non-bakers). This event will have a fee; I'm anticipating it will be somewhere between $10-20 for food, drinks and the game. It will depend upon how many people RSVP. The mystery will be held in the club room in my condominium building in Capitol Hill. There is a limit to the number of characters that can play so RSVP soon to reserve your spot. But we need at least eight to play the game, so if your plans change and you can't make it, please update your RSVP prior to the Dec. 8th deadline. Thanks!

    What we're about

This is a group for anyone in the Denver Metro area (or anyone willing to travel to the area) for all sorts of different events. I don't want to limit this group to an age range because my current friends range from 24 - 52 and we all get along. The only requirement is that the event occurs in Denver. Here are some random gatherings I think we could put together: party-game nights, play readings, subscription box swaps, Geeks Who Drink Trivia nights, Avalanche or Nuggets games, theater nights, trips to museums, cinema clubs, book clubs, or, my personal favorite, murder mystery dinner parties. I have an eclectic assortment of passions and I'm looking for fellow Denver-ites to try new things, enjoy what they know they like and to meet new people. Please join me!
