Future of Hardware: 'Bridging Industrial Design & Manufacturing'

Details

Happy New Year! Welcome to the first Future of Hardware Meetup of 2018! Our topic this time is 'Bridging Industrial Design & Manufacturing' - showcasing how to leverage Autodesk Sketchbook Pro, our High Speed Machining Products (Fusion 360 & PowerMill), and Autodesk Fusion Production (Applying the Power of the Cloud and IIoT to Make Manufacturing Smarter).

Diversified Machining Systems has graciously opened their doors for our Meetup, so expect to learn how Autodesk software works with their hardware.

We’re always looking for guest speakers to share their work and bring everyone up to speed on tools to help propel their business. (Reach out if you'd like to be a guest speaker!)

Here’s a rough Agenda:

6:00pm - 6:30pm | Networking/Food & Beverages Provided

6:30pm - 6:45pm | Introductions

6:45pm - 7:10 pm | Additive Manufacturing Demo plus DMS CNC Routers Introduction (Patrick Bollar, CTO) 7:10 pm - 7:25 pm | Fusion 360 Product Roadmap Updates (Keqing Song, Product Manager)

7:25 pm - 7:50 pm | Bridging Industrial Design & MFG (Jeff Smith, Education Program Manager)
