Many of us discover that transitioning to a plant based diet is a process, not an overnight switch. One gradually becomes familiar with the construction of a plant-based meal and grows accustomed to grains, beans, and veggies being the “meat” on the plate.
Please join Plant Based Chef Kelley Williamson, for a series of FREE veggie friendly cooking classes where you learn new recipes, receive the recipes but also have a place to build a community where you can ask questions. This class will focus on appetizer/tapas.
Recipes will be: Vegan Paella and Panzanella Salad
