What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in learning more about low fat plant based cooking or living a natural plant based lifestyle. I have been Plant Based for over 10+ years and I used to find myself in a rut with preparing the same recipes over and over. Come learn to cook recipes such as Asparagus/Pea Lemon Fettuccine, Orange and Fennel Salad, Blue Corn Chip Tomatillo Salad and much, much more. The cooking classes feature recipes from all of your favorite Plant Based MD's and Chef's along with custom recipes!

Healthy Plant Based Cooking Class - Natural Grocers -SOS - Salt, Oil, Sugar Free

Many of us discover that transitioning to a plant based diet is a process, not an overnight switch. One gradually becomes familiar with the construction of a plant-based meal and grows accustomed to grains, beans, and veggies being the “meat” on the plate. Please join Plant Based Chef Kelley Williamson, for a series of FREE veggie friendly cooking classes based on the science of the "Food for Life" lifestyle, where we will be focusing on SOS Free (salt, sugar and oil free). As seen on Rocky Mountain PBS, this award winning program designed by Dr. Neal Barnard, includes information on healthy foods that tame the appetite demons and recipes to use to bring health to the body. Recipes will be: Firecracker Ramen and Roasted Vegetables (we will try three different SOS spices on the roasted vegetables).
