Come sample augmented reality with ARCore:
ARCore is an augmented reality library that enables us to overlay a software entity on top of our reality, through the lens of our computers. Come get a quick overview on what ARCore is about and the technologies that can be used with ARCore. I will be trimming off a lot of the technical stuff so even an incoming CS student can enjoy the presentation.
About Dong:
My name is Dong Lee. I currently build web/desktop apps for Comcast Business. I spend my free time working on whatever seems interesting to me at the moment. For 2+ years, I've been trying to persist my passion for embedded programming, but it has already put several holes in my wallet, then I met AR.
About the Droids:
Each 3rd Tuesday of the month, we meet however we can. From 5:45-6:00 pm we will socialize and enjoy whatever food and drinks you have at home. At 6 pm we will have a presentation about a new/interesting Android topic. If you are a new or experienced Android developer or just someone that is curious about Android development, we hope you will join us and become a regular participant!
