What we're about

Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance of San Francisco (DBSA-SF) is a peer run community of people with mood challenges and their friends and families. Our community is dedicated to support, empower and educate by providing a safe and compassionate environment through peer support groups and educational opportunities.

We meet at:

St. Francis Memorial Hospital (in the basement conference rooms A, B, & C) 900 Hyde St. San Francisco, CA 94109

There are two groups to choose from:

DBSA Main Group is for adults with depression or bipolar disorder.

Meetings are on Monday evenings from 6:45 to 8:15 pm and Saturdays from 1:30 to 3:00 PM.

DBSA Friends and Family Group is for friends or family members of those with depression or bipolar disorder.

Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month from 6:45 to 8:15 PM.

If you have questions about what DBSA-SF offers, please email dbsasf@gmail.com or call 415-758-1799

A lot of our members like to go this Meetup to hang out https://www.meetup.com/bipolarSF/ in an unstructured environment.

Note: the number of RSVPs for each meetup don’t reflect our attendance levels at all.
