Hi, I’m Christie, a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and Ayurveda Yoga Specialist with over 30 years’ personal experience managing the symptoms of depression. Whether its conscientious connection with myself, with another, or with the environment; authentic connection always seems to bring about a state of calm for me. It's after that moment of connection, that I really start to realize how we're all more alike, than different. I suspect it will for you, too.
