3D Printing Meetup - March Topic: Storing and Using FDM 3D Printing Filament

Details
Often overlooked, but hugely important is the topic of how to store your filament to ensure it will work properly when you go to print with it. Different types of materials absorb water from the air at different rates. In nearly every instance though, this absorption will lead to reduced print quality, greatly reduced part strength, and, in some cases, even clogged nozzles. So let's discuss how to prevent this, or how to fix it after it has happened.
Come on out and we'll discuss how to store your filament, how to treat it prior to printing, and how to print with it so that you get the best performance. Do you have examples of failed prints due to excessive moisture? Bring them and show the group! Do you have storage or drying solutions that work for you? Show everyone else how you did it. We'll see you there!
