20:50 - 21:00 Wrap-up
21:00 Networking @the bar
During the first presentation, we will go over some theoretical aspects of user research & cover the following topics:
- "Choose the right tools for the job - what user research methods to use & when to use them?"
- "Work with constraints - how to adapt the process to fit your context?"
- "Ensure success - how to make sense & use of research results?"
After that, Jony will complete the presentation & share with us part of what he learned after conducting hundreds of user interviews. This section will be more interactive, so be sure to prepare questions ;)
Additionally, we'll have a series of hands-on exercises aimed to help you apply some of the things that we will discuss and as usual, there will be time for Q&A, open discussions & networking.
See you soon!
