Design Thinking helps you to improve people’s lives by holistically examining the needs of communities or individuals, and works in collaboration to improve existing products and services, or create high-value new ones. This requires different mindsets and a truly human-centred focus. Anyone can do it and it is fun!
Welcome to Design Thinking Hong Kong
Design Thinking Hong Kong (DTHK) is a community for people who are passionate about the power of design to transform people, societies, businesses...and maybe even the world.
DTHK is a multi-disciplinary community with an emphasis on inclusion, passion, engagement and creativity - we want you to feel welcome and at ease at all our events, so please join us.
It doesn't matter what you do or where you're from, you'll be welcome here!
We meetup in these ways:
Design Dialogues: We gather to spend time conversing and sharing ideas around a specific theme.
Social Mixers: Casual, social get-together to meet and mingle with the focus being fun, networking and discovering how we all fit together.
Training, workshops and learning: Structured and professionally delivered sessions to help you build the skills to integrate the value of design thinking into your business and life.
Design For Impact: Collaborating with NGO's to create a valuable outcome for organizations that have limited resources but a big impact.
