What are some of the best blogs related to design thinking? Is it yours?

I value people over processes. While discussing an "innovation process" is important, being able to work together with other humans is key to 4th generation innovation. My blog discusses some human aspects of work and life.

What are some of your epic insights (in any area) born out of the design thinking process?

We live in an era of specialization. We have to look at the whole and forget the parts.

Who are design thinking or innovation coaches? Could it be you?

I try to be a innovation catalyst: Bringing together designers and developers, sales people, marketing managers, decision managers, .... Together we can provide a true benefit to hearing impaired people.

I am team lead at Phonak, developing solutions for people with a hearing impairment.
