Design Systems and cultural changes

A good design system does not only apply to UI components but to an entirely new way of understanding design processes. In this talk, we will discuss how embracing a design system implies tackling cultural adaptations for a successful implementation.

Nacho is the head of Flame, the brand new Banco Santander's Design System. This is not just a crafting Sketch or Figma files position, so working with "The People Layer", the culture is a key aspect of his job description. He will be happy to share his experiences and to present Flame DS.
