Welcome to Design for Healthcare. Our goal is to bring together people who are interested in the intersection of design and health. We look forward to creating an inclusive community to explore how design can shape better patient and clinician experiences.
We're excited to have Christine Eng (Accolade) join us to share how user-centered design methods helped engage a distributed multi-national product development team.
Come learn about the benefits of practices such as journey mapping, cross-team collaborative brainstorming, affinity mapping, and service blueprints and how they can be used at various stages in the product design process. Hear about UX techniques that help align a team towards a common vision focused on user needs.
