We're excited to have Christine Eng (Accolade) join us to share how user-centered design methods helped engage a distributed multi-national product development team.

Come learn about the benefits of practices such as journey mapping, cross-team collaborative brainstorming, affinity mapping, and service blueprints and how they can be used at various stages in the product design process. Hear about UX techniques that help align a team towards a common vision focused on user needs.

Christine is a user experience professional with over 10 years of design experience working in both consumer and B2B markets crossing print, web, and mobile mediums. Currently at Accolade, she manages a small multi-national design and research team, helps to lead the vision for consumer and customer-facing products, and works to create a best-in-class user experience for Accolade members and their employers. Christine is an advocate of designing for accessibility and stresses the importance of creating great products for all users.
