Talk: Data Informed Product Design: using data to diagnose design problems
When you're designing a product, you end up spending tens, hundreds, or even thousands of hours thinking and working on it. During that time, you will end up building features which add depth, variety, or personalization opportunities for users... but how do you know whether that cool new feature you've built resonates with, or repels your users?
